Hotel Xalet Montana is an ideal hotel for couples and families.
Children aged 14 and over are welcome.
LOCATION
Hotel Xalet Montana is located in Soldeu, in the parish of Canillo, approximately 20 km from Andorra la Vella.
A privileged location at the bottom of the Grandvalira slopes and from where you can enjoy incredible views to the Avet course in Soldeu and the Àliga course in El Tarter, both of which hosted Alpine Ski World Cups.
Just 150m from the access to the Soldeu Gondola, this establishment enjoys a strategic location.
The Incles Valley is less than 2km from Hotel Xalet Montana. This is one of the natural places in the Principality of Andorra where you can enjoy hiking and trekking routes, nature, flora and native fauna and discover the typical traditional constructions known as "bordes".

Free outdoor
PARKING
The hotel provides customers with free outdoor parking with a limited capacity of 23 parking spaces for vehicles and 3 motorbikes.
Please note that we do NOT reserve parking spaces. During busy seasons there may be no parking spaces available.
However, there are outdoor parking areas near the hotel and less than 100 metres away is a covered car park with 400 spaces (the "Aparcament Avet" car park). Please check availability at reception if you are interested in booking a space at Avet parking (€20/24 h).
There is also the possibility of parking in the "blue zone" near the hotel. Parking in this zone is free of charge from 8 pm to 8 am the next day.
NOTE: We have a charging station for electric vehicles, total space for 1 vehicle (service with an extra cost of €3 per hour).
Finally, we inform all our guests that the hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings left in vehicles, nor for any damage that may occur to said vehicles.

RECEPTION
Monday to Sunday: 24 hours (December to April).
Check In: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Before the stipulated time, the Hotel cannot guarantee that the room will be available.
Check Out: By 12:00 noon to prepare the room for new guests who want to enjoy a stay at the Xalet.
Our Reception and Guest Service teams are at the guests' disposal to address any inquiries and requests regarding activities and service reservations, aiming to create the best possible experience during their stay.

Dinner: from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
As capacity is limited, guests are advised to reserve a table at our restaurant in advance.
The restaurant is also open to non-guests and without age restrictions.
*Please note that the absence of traces in the preparation of our dishes cannot be guaranteed.

WELLNESS AREA
A space designed to unwind and relax, featuring changing rooms, sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, relaxation area and a hydration corner with infused water.
Opening hours: from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Access: €12 per person per day · Maximum capacity of 12 people.
Swimwear and flip-flops are required.
Advance booking at reception is recommended.
Service available during the winter season
SKI LOCKERS
All our guests have access to a shared and free of charge ski locker service (*), located at the foot of the Soldeu gondola, during their stay at Hotel Xalet Montana.
If you would like to have an exclusive ski locker, you can request it in advance. This service is subject to availability and carries a supplement. Please check the rates and availability directly with Sports Calbó.
(*) Conditions: This service is free of charge for guests who have booked their ski equipment with Sports Calbó, Soldeu or who use their own equipment. Otherwise, the use of the ski locker will be subject to a charge and availability.
For further information, please contact our reception team, who will provide you with the location of the ski lockers and assist you with any queries.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not permitted to enter the hotel (common areas, rooms, restaurant, etc.) with ski boots, skis, snow boards, poles, etc.
INFORMATION ABOUT PETS
Pets are not accepted inside the Hotel.
Note: Guide dogs are permitted with no restrictions.
WI-FI
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi to guests throughout their stay.
Restaurant guests also have access to free Wi-Fi.
The network name and password are available at reception or from the restaurant staff.

SMOKE FREE HOTEL
Smoking is forbidden inside the Hotel (tobacco, electronic cigars, hookah,...)
Guests who wish to smoke may do so on the outside of the hotel.
DRINKS | FOOD
No drinks or food are allowed in the rooms.
ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is not currently offered at the hotel.
IN ROOM SAFE
All rooms are equipped with a free-to-use safe. We recommend that guests use it, as the hotel accepts no responsibility for any valuables left in rooms outside the safe.
ACCESS TO THE HOTEL FOR EXTERNAL GUESTS
Only guests of our hotel are permitted in the rooms.
Important: The hotel reserves the right to sanction those clients who do not respect these internal regulations with an amount of € 150 per person and the right to refuse admission.
